That all depends on how you define of 'good', and one's personal
abilities with complex, convoluted, and generally grammar-free
language which, by and large, is the norm for HOWTOs etc.

gmail.com has a kill file filter you can use to remove undesired
messages so you wont be irritated.

Settings -> Filters

I don't know if this works for POP or IMAP delivery, but it works well
for the Web interface. I have only one set up for "you know who", and
it's reduced my level of agitation considerably.
