But be certain that you know exactly how to use the desktop of choice before you install it on the computer belonging a friend or client. Note that while KDE-4 is visually appealing, it is not only very different from that which came before, but also some applications are not, imho, particularly stable when running under KDE-4. As it stands at the moment, I'd be very cautious before installing KDE-4.x on dear old Aunt Tilly's computer, particularly if said aunt has had some exposure to a different user interface. -- With Sincerity, Christopher Sawtell
