Same here, I recommend the wireless keyboard/mouse combo's as they use just one usb. For Slackware on pendrive I have to plug in the external monitor before boot so the EeePC will display to external VGA. Have yet to install the module to fix this. There are also USB 2.5/3.5 drive enclosures on trademe to use as cheap storage if you find the 701 4G too limiting. -- keith.
