Although in the context of it's original thread the meaning was quite obvious, I was intrigued enough by it to try to find it's origin. However Google, Wikipedia, Answer, Wolfram, all came up with a lot of references about cats (as in pet animals) and one reference to a wireless network named as such, but nothing to explain it.
