Good point but the cable runs along the outside of the house and then down the wall and through the wall at the point where the socket lives on the other side, so its not that easy. I'd like to leave the option to put it back there too. I might ring TC and see how much they would charge to re-route it. In the last house there were in fact two cable points inside the house, one in the dining and one in the lounge, so maybe its possible to just split the cable with an ordinary splitter? But then I'd have to waterproof that...
