Multiple IMAP folders and Alpine

I have successfully configured alpine to use my ISP's IMAP server.  However, I 
can only get to my "Inbox" folder, but I have others into which I sort 
messages from mailing lists.  How do I configure Alpine to let me get to *all* 
my folders?  Also, how do I use Alpine to sort my mail (using filters)?
