Hello, Short, yet not byanymeans simple question: What's the simplest way (on Debian, in particular) to compile, on an amd64 system, for i386 (that is, compling for 32-bit Linux on 64-bit Linux of the same architecture)?
I've tried the -m 32 option to gcc, but that causes ld to freak out: /usr/bin/ld: i386 architecture of input file `helpimtrappedinanemail.o' is incompatible with i386:x86-64 output Oh, and I am trying to avoid just compiling on a full i386 Debian system in an i386 emulator. Thanks, Aidan
