I doubt its the router that has packed up, unless you can confirm by
trying other wifi devices against it.

But now you want a router running ubuntu?

But if you are simply wanting a wireless router that runs linux,
follow Steve's suggestion. (make sure you get the GL)

I am currently running gargoyle firmware, and its UI is a little
annoying. Tomato is a great system too.

What do other people run on their routers?
