Thanks Roy - that helps me understand where they are set. However, if I sit down at the server terminal the colours are fine. The ones I find unreadable via ssh session are a light blue on black at the server and I'm happy with that. Something must get changed when it goes through remote session. I see others have commented on Tunnelier forum about colour issues also so must be problem with that I'm thinking. -Bryce.
