Hmmm. Got my curiousity piqued. I did the community college thing about 7 years ago and did the required business law courses via Distance Education. I vaguely remember this tool from that experience and remember it being a poorly implemented Bulletin Board (BBS). Quirky damn thing, compared to WWIV or the BBS software Mustang Software sold. Sorry, wish I could be more informative.
