Afaik there isn't one. Not bang for buck at any rate. Protel would rate on my top 10 properly thought out applications of all time. There was teething trouble when they moved away from their original Pascal code to (I think) C, but it remains excellent and supplanted what Smartwire should have become (all those years ago).
