The part about the installation/management being done via YAST may well be enough to keep me from going with UnitedLinux. YAST has been the main reason we haven't done anything serious with SuSE. I don't like the idea of the monolithic configuration that makes it difficult for the knowledgeable admin to make changes without fear of having them undone the next time somebody runs YAST.
