Hey Leon, Thanks for that, as I had installed a second linux as a beta tesst and as usual the brain was in neutral, forgot it would instll its own boor mbr. Stuffed mine up and even though I managed to get to boot to my ordinary booted linux I could not remember the command, could not get to the SxS sites either for some reason. As for the updated Caldera, I am at last in the final throws of making the base install rpms, done all the esoteric hard ones, and finding out how and what to write to cd for install. I have been held up for 4 weeks changing over my own ISP to another supplier, got pissed off with the service of the last one. That will be finalised this week but I also have 3 totyal builds to do two of which are to be linux servers, where windows has been the preferred OS. Hence it will be a short while yet, never thought when I first mooted that I was trying this that it would take so long. -- Keith Antoine (GANDALF) aka 'skippy' 18 Arkana St, The Gap, Queensland 4061 Australia PH:61733002161 Retired Geriatric, Sometime Electronics Engineer, Knowall, Brain in storage _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe/Suspend/Etc -> http://www.linux-sxs.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
