Nope, none that I'm aware of. With disk space being so cheap these days, I wouldn't share one disk between Windows and Linux unless I had no other choice. The very high capacity drives shouldn't be a problem with recent 2.4.x kernels, but the 2.2 series couldn't deal with drives larger than 34Gb +/- because of a thinko in an ioctl in the IDE driver.
