Is there a way to get the -verbose option with either convert or display to print out the image info without actually converting or displaying the image? I can fake it with: convert -verbose image.TIF garbage.TIF Which essentially just copies the file and is fairly quick, but I really think there must be a way just to avoid the "conversion" completely.
