As a result of another thread I have a question on LILO and GRUB. I was under the impression that GRUB was to replace LILO for various reasons (supposedly better in some way - handles booting over 1024 cylinders, etc.) but a lot of people are sticking with LILO. Is LILO being phased out? What are the pros and cons of each?
