Yep.  They've been crying they are loosing money cause folks are using
VoIP at home and they can't gouge them $1.10/min + for a call to the US
because they're using dialpad, etc.

I only need programs that utilize the listed ports.  There are lots more,
like snmp on port 161, but I don't care about that.
