I don't know about fast.  I  just picked the first one on the list
(Uni Kaiserslautern) and went off to take a nap.  Later, when I
checked it was done.  Of course, I'm on cable.  By modem, this would
probably be ca. 20 hours.  On the KNOPPIX site, they do mention
CheapBytes, so that might be an alternative.
