At least version 1.4.x (KDE 3.0.x) Settings-Configure Kmail-Security-General Configure HTML settings to your liking. Why do you think Mozilla is a "retarded version of netscape"? Netscape 7.0 is *based* on Mozilla 1.0, Mozilla is currently at 1.2.1 and has features that Netscape 7.0 doesn't. But, whatever floats your boat...
