Does anyone on the list know how to get music from a mini-disk
player/recorder onto a linux system? What hardware is needed?

Just put the mini-disk in your regular cd player and save and/or record
them. (that is what the smaller circular indent in you cdrom is for.)

Hmm. Terminology, I think. The "mini-disc" I have is in a case, much like
a zip or floppy, only smaller, of course. It wouldn't go into the CD
player. I now see I spelled it wrong the first time, too. That may be why.

In Harmony's Way, and In A Chord,

You're right, that just won't work. I have a whole slew of "mini-discs" that look just like regular cd's but much smaller.
