Problem

To Whom it may concern,

I don't know you, or your organization. I don't know what what ss.gator.com is all about, or for that matter, have time to care. I do, however, care when a program (one which I can't identify) keeps trying to access the internet without my knowledge, or my permission. I realize there are millions of things that probably happen to my computer a day that I am not aware of, but this one has shown itself, and I am aware. Please contact me on this matter with a solution or at least an answer to what it is. Without compliance I will have no choice but to consider that vunerable information is being pulled off of my system by an invader, and I will inquery authorities to begin investigation on this matter.
