Indeed! I stumbled on this just yesterday. I wanted to tweak my
preferences, but everytime I opened the Preferences dialog, there
were no preferences to tweak. I "mv"ed XUL.mfasl out of the way,
restarted Mozilla, And There Was Great Rejoicing (c).
