I wrote a web front-end for majordomo a while back that simplifies most of the daily admin chores. It's a Crude Hack(tm) in perl, but it works for me. Like many programs, once a person's comfortable with it, it's hard to justify changing. The biggest problem I see with majordomo is that it requires one use a real mail program like mutt that can easily pipe messages to the approve program. Windows GUIs just don't hack it.
