I wrote a web front-end for majordomo a while back that simplifies most of
the daily admin chores.  It's a Crude Hack(tm) in perl, but it works for
me.  Like many programs, once a person's comfortable with it, it's hard to
justify changing.

The biggest problem I see with majordomo is that it requires one use a real
mail program like mutt that can easily pipe messages to the approve
program.  Windows GUIs just don't hack it.
