Thats only because your supplier is buying cheep crap that no one else wants. The BNC connectors I use at work are just as snug a fit as ever. I've picked up generic connectors at Radio Shack that I've returned because of the sloppy construction. Next time you get crap like that return it to your supplier and tell them that you want connectors, not crap. :)

The same problem can happen to 10BaseT if those plug manufacturers are not careful about the product quality of those plastics... damm....
