I am trying to install a new version of gcc so I can compile a new
version of glibc.

When I run configure I get this:

error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../..

There is no install.sh in the sources.

Any insight appreciated.

BTW, if I can't fix this, I can't upgrade glibc and I'll likely have
to blow away my entire system (my main server, with ltsp and win4lin
serving my wife's and daughter's computers), so, I am motivated. I am
doing all of this so I can recompile abiword and get it working again
so my daughter can open *.doc attachments on her email. I sure hope the
lindows computer works. If so, I'll buy two and I'll be outta this mess.

Joel
