Restrict logins by time

Is there a way to restrict a user or group so that they can only login 
during a certain time?

Using RHL 8.0. I've tried looking at redhat-config-users, and 
/etc/security/limits.conf, but nothing jumped out at me...

I've got a feeling that it isn't possible :-(
