Have you updated the firmware in your Netgear lately? I have a RP614
router. I upgraded the firmware to the *correct* latest version and
experienced all kinds of problems... truncated transactions, etc. I
contacted Netgear in California (forget the tech support line - it's
useless) and spoke to one of their product engineers. He agreed that the
release seemed flaky. I zeroed the router back to the default firmware
version and it's been fine ever since.

Other than that, I have been very pleased with it and you certainly
can't beat the price.
