a couple of weeks ago, when the textmaker sale was coming up, there was some discussion here of a wysiwig program to make html editing easier. while poking around today, i found this, which looks promising, and which appears to be free:

If it really lives up to that it will truly be a winner. (Well, okay, not the FrontPage part, yuck, but Dreamweaver is respectable.)
