I used Roadrunner in Lago Vista (other side of Lake Travis) and had very
good results. Although I ran practically no services (on purpose)
reliability was very good and bandwidth reached 2Mbps at times.
Roadrunner's TOS varies some though. Businesses paying $150 a month have
more leeway than $49 a month individuals.
