Nope. It's command line syntax. Whether you choose to additionally place that
command line in a script and have it run under cron is separate (see cron->)
type the rsync... command exactly as shown. I qoute:
rsync -auvz --delete --exclude-from=ignore linux.nf::steps/ <some folder>
<some folder> is anywhere on your hard disk.
PS: if you re-word that SxS to how it works for you, I will modify the page.
