It turnes out that NCPFS does support IP. The version that comes
with SuSE 7.1 which is 2.2.0.18-5 does anyway. You just specify the
DNS Name or IP Address on the command line after -A and it uses UDP
instead of IPX.
ncpmount -A osu-fs05.cis.okstate.edu -S OSU-FS05 -U
joines.cis.evp.Okstate /osu-fs05
