it appears to be a windows thing for gathering/assembling web use 
statistics. what it's doing on your linux box is anybody's guess. you 
might be able to boot from a floppy, mount the pertition containing 
it, and nuke it from there. god only knows how it might have run -- 
is this the elusive one windows thing that runs perfectly under wine? 
-- or where it stores what it stores. otoh, it might be that your 
drive getting full is some unrelated problem -- if you got this thing 
amid your linux stuff, god only knows what else you've managed to 
bring aboard. sounds a little like some ill-begotten experiment gone 
far awry.
