I have an ADI MicroScan 17X pivoting monitor. I can pivot the display
so I am looking at the screen aka portrait mode vs the landscape stying
of conventional monitors. (1024x768 becomes 768x1024, the screen is
taller than its width)

This is very useful when writing documentation and nice when viewing
web pages, etc as one can see more information on the screen, full
pages in editor, etc.

I had drivers to switch modes when I was (Hi, My name is John and I
used to use Windows ...) a Windows user.

Has anyone ever run across tools, programs, drivers, utilities, that
might allow me to use my pivot in portrait mode again now that I am a
Linux devotee?
