Running Mandrake 7.0.
Don't know if there is a difference with 8.0. But, can you open the mail
window by punching up messenger under the communicator on the Netscaper.
Once the window is open can you download e-mail through the Get Mail and
password prompt. If you can't open the edit menu select preferences and
check the data you supplied in the identy and mail server selections.
