Please accept my sympathies and condolences. I too feel the profound pain, the
intense
anger and a heightened sense of personal insecurity from yesteday's (it already seems
like it was forever ago, in some other lifetime) WTC tragedy.
It bothers me that most if not all of the innocent occupants of the hijacked aircraft
were,
or so it seems in the absence of evidence to the contrary, so utterly unable to make
much
if any effort to defend themselves even in what seems in retrospect to have been a
completely hopeless situation.
I grieve.
