Good thought but I think the problem is that they would have a dillemma if
some crazies are banging on the cockpit door while they hold a knife to one
or more stews/passengers and all the while the pilots are supposed to be
flying the plane. Doesn't sound like a healthy situation to me.
If there were 3 or 4 crazies, the pilots would probably have to shoot through
3 or 4 hostages in order to kill the crazies. Might be a necessary
trade-off but still not a nice situation.
