Well, I seem to have gotten the reputation in my multihospital system as the
guy who can analyze data. Oi. I am the only one who can figure out how to
draw decent charts (quattropro and gnuplot are my secrets.)
However, I seem to have gotten beyond the point where a few nice graphs tell
the whole story. We need to look at different hospitals, different
machines, different genders (Just two but still a factor), different
vendors, different ages.
So, I need to find some good multiple regression analysis software which
runs on linux preferably but windows would be acceptable.
( And no, there is no money in the budget this year for software. Maybe in the third
quarter of
next year we might get some but we never needed this software before why now
and maybe we should have a meeting with the other lab managers and see what
they think and if they like the idea....etc. etc.)
Any suggestion appreciated,
Joel
