Use CUPS to share the printers and NFS to share the disk space. You should be able to find plenty of documentation out there for both. Setting up CUPS under Caldera 3.1 was a breeze (once I learned that the lpd daemon needed to be disabled). I used Webmin to set up my NFS mount points. It's fairly straightforward.
