I have done this alot with other MS systems, not XP, BUT! Partitionb Magic from PowerQuest, the latest version, 7.0, claims to be able to handle the NT5 file system. I have used Parttion magic since version 1 and can say that it is a reliable and useful tool. Go to the os2dos subdirectory under english, IIRC, and run the makedisk bat file under Win/DOS/OS/2. Makes 2 floppies that boot DOS and contain the application.
