Actually, no.  I was referring to his article titled 'The Source Is 
Everything' appearing on page 50 of the printed version.  I'm trying to find 
it online as well...

Doesn't look like it is online yet.  The DLL article is from last issue.

This issue he is talking about open-sourced or GPL'd software vs 
closed-source software.
