This must be where my problem is. Your key phrase here is "search the 
location of where cups puts it web related files".
Where is CUPS supposed to put its web related files? AFAICT, they're in 
/usr/share/doc/cups-1.1.1. 

Thanks for your help, anyway. I'm not gonna worry about it 'til Monday...
