I think it doesn't, because the help doesn't have a search tab anymore. When you start up the help app, there are still 2 tabs in the left-hand panel. But the right-hand one isn't the same search form that it used to be. I wasn't thrilled to install htdig, but I was less thrilled not to have any search function. Why they couldn't just use man...
