Hrmmm...that's quite odd. Any info on the box where you're trying to build this (kernel ver, glibc ver, distro, etc)?
I've built X410 from source in the past and never had a single problem. Have you been able to build this in the past? Do you have a SiS videocard? You might be able to hack the install script to ignore the SiS crap if you don't need it. --- "David A.
