OK, no wine today, we'll drink freezing Champagne (I have a great one in my cellar) all the night out of respect for Skippy and his hotter atmosphere. No turkey, this evening I cook, foie gras on rye bread, scottish smoked salmon and his mountain's butter, "chapon aux morilles", a few cheeses (reblochon, tome, brie, gruyere, chevre) and vanilla yule log with a delicious french girl (my wife). I save up my SxS french translation for Wednesday, OK Doug ? Not tomorrow because of Alka Seltzer.
