While I haven't had any trouble with Orcon recently, a few months ago they stopped supporting the WebWorld email addresses ( [email protected] )
They had bought out WebWorld years before and continued running the service until a couple of months ago. My email suddenly stopped working a couple of months or so ago. I had to call their support about a half dozen times to eventually find out that they really had stopped supporting my email address without telling me! Not great, and their support was the most shocking of any company I have had to deal with in the last five years. Initially they suspected something was misconfigured on my side, but I hadn't changed anything and also checked my settings which were fine. Then they claimed for several days that they were busy repairing something. Then they finally admitted that they had pulled the plug on the WebWorld email addresses and were not going to restore them. Pretty poor attitude towards paying customers...
