After data is recovered and F/LOSS solution is in place, could make a good case study in support of F/LOSS if the organisation consents and if the solution works well. Chris: Do you need a ride to wherever the stricken computer is? I can give you a ride on Saturday (all day) or Sunday (afternoon only, with kids in tow). I don't have the Data Recovery Fu to do the job but at least I can provide transport.
