I personally gave up on them a while back ( 5 years?? ) as they were too close to the edge, and ignored any requests to unblock unless they were accompanied by money. Since then, ISTR the service was sold on. Looks like they're still the same.
Notes on the other three: Backscatterer also charges to remove and Redhawk's data was collected on the 1st May. Lashback purports to blacklist IP addresses harvested from unsubscribe lists, so blacklisting an ISP's mail server is pretty stupid. So I'd pay no heed to these three... My response would be to petition debian.org to stop using sorbs.
