It might be worthwhile adding the street address of the library to
that people can more easily find it. And I agree with the comment
someone else made regarding the letter 'X' everywhere - some more
neutral symbol that cannot be mistaken for a letter, like a bullet or
a diamond, would be better.

Scribus seems be having a problem embedding the font. It is a star from
OpenSymbol ... I'll have to convert them to vectors.
The SFD logo and other text are variants of Ubuntu font - hope they are
okay ... DTP is about the only time I want to boot windows - so I can
use InDesign ...
