RDY indicated when a floppy was inserted and spinning, and was later reused to indicate disk change. (Given this drive has a DC (disk change) jumper the RDY and DC jumpers probably independently determine what is put on pin 34. Only insert one of the two jumpers.) I suspect MD - spindle motor on drive select MM - spindle motor controlled by motor on (Likewise, only insert one of these two.)
