Ace 3 ( GT-S7275R ), which is mostly a budget model, but I started googling for my symptoms and it seems common across samsung for no apparent reason. The biggest "tell" you have this problem is every time you leave the house, and come back, the wifi doesn't automatically attempt to reassociate once you're in range, and you have to remember to manually cycle the wifi settings to get a connection. You might also find yourself being frustrated with the speed and sitting there doing disconnect/reconnect and eventually getting lucky and getting a full speed connection ( I found some apps running made my odds significantly lower, specifically any apps which are eager to make an outbound connection when wifi is established, like the Fritzbox remote phone app ) -- Kent KENTNL - https://metacpan.org/author/KENTNL _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.canterbury.ac.nz/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
